Our professional team will prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help you better understand the market place of homes in your area. We will counsel with you regarding your home offering ideas which may help enhance its sale.

The Price is Important

It is your home to sell, we can only provide the information to assist in making the pricing decision. Prices in the real estate market are continually fluctuating. Buyers today are as aware of the neighborhood prices as are Sellers so the best thought is to price your home in a conservative/aggressive manner. We are always willing to work with our clients in trying to get the most for their home. Overpricing your home may bring you less than if the home is priced to meet the market conditions. It's best not to select your real estate agent because of the high price they give you this could end up costing you money in the long run.


Years in the business can only count if your real estate agent can back up the time with the continuing commitment to professionalism. What sometime seems like alphabet soup after an agents name is really their commitment to continuing their education to best provide services to the client. We are members of several national referral networks including perhaps two of the most successful and well respected - the Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and the Women's Council of REALTORS® (WCR).
